Un-planned network downtime Delhi Zone: 16:00 – 17:00 29 July 2010
There was high CPU utilization at router at our ISP. We notified the ISP of the issue at 4:00 PM as soon as we experienced it. The network was back for non-bharti routes at around 4:40 PM or so and for Bharti routes by 4:58 PM. It was degraded from 4:00 PM to 4:25 PM [...]

Mumbai Zone Network ‘Slowness’ Issues since 10:00 AM 22 July 2010
There has been some degradation in network performance in our Mumbai Zone, all sites in Mumbai zone are affected right now, the yo-yo alerts from services like pingdom are pointing to some International routes having issues.
