* Important notes for existing customers:-
0. All existing customers who have the above plans are eligible for free upgrades of RAM in March 2013 subject to the following conditions.
1. In some cases it might be possible to upgrade your server with downtime on the same underlying hardware but in many cases you may need a new dedicated server that can support 4x the RAM. The migration would be customer responsibility (we’ll ofcourse provide sane support) and both the existing plan and the new plan would be billed separately for the duration in which both target and source machine exist.
2. If you have any additional discounts apart from normal period based pre-payment discounts, then the discounts would be cancelled after you avail yourself of this 4 times RAM upgrade. However you are welcome to continue with your existing plan with whatever price point you have forever.
3. Custom dedicated server plans are not eligible for any free upgrades. Only the above SKUs are eligible for upgrades. You can however choose to migrate from your custom dedicated server plan to a standard plan without discounts and avail of this offer before 31st March 2013.
4. If you didn’t choose to lose your discounts and upgrade before March 31st 2013 you can no longer avail of these plans.
5. All pending payments must be cleared off before you can avail of the free RAM upgrades.
6. RAM Upgrades can only be scheduled during the window between 11:45 AM to 7:15 PM and would result in a downtime between 15 minutes to 45 minutes.
